Peter Noone, the former teen heartthrob and lead singer of the 60s band Herman’s Hermits, skyrocketed to fame with hits like “I’m Into Something Good” and “I’m Henry the Eighth, I Am.” The band even outsold The Beatles in 1965.
Noone’s boyish charm and talent made him a pop icon, and he lived the wild rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle, though he avoided drugs. Now 64, Noone continues to tour with the Solid Silver 60s Show. Despite ups and downs, including a brief solo career, Noone remains grateful for his longevity in music.
