A son tells his father to leave after he refuses to pay rent to stay in his home

The U.S. has confirmed its first death from H5N1 bird flu, a patient over 65 with underlying conditions, who was exposed to wild birds and backyard flocks. The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) issued preventative measures, advising people to avoid contact with wild birds and report sick or dead birds. They also recommend cooking poultry and eggs thoroughly and encourage seasonal flu vaccinations for those working with animals.

The CDC has confirmed 66 human H5N1 cases across 10 states in the U.S., with California reporting the most. While the public risk remains low, California has declared a State of Emergency to speed up containment measures. Health authorities emphasize worker safety and proper precautions in poultry and livestock industries to prevent further spread.
