Dr. Jeremy London, a heart surgeon with a large TikTok following, shared a video highlighting four foods that are harmful to our health.
- Fast Food: Dr. London calls it an “edible food product” due to its lack of nutrients. It’s high in calories, synthetic chemicals, sugars, and unhealthy fats, all of which can negatively affect our health.
- Soft Drinks: Known as “liquid death,” soft drinks are packed with sugar, contributing to obesity, diabetes, and metabolism issues, even in diet sodas.
- Milk Products: Dr. London suggests limiting or avoiding dairy, as it’s high in saturated fats linked to obesity, heart disease, and certain cancers.
- Alcohol: Even moderate drinking is toxic to every cell in our body, according to Dr. London, urging us to avoid it for better health.
Instead, he recommends focusing on a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and minimally processed foods like beans and whole grains.
