When Nancy finds a hidden letter in her husband David’s laundry, her stable life unravels. The letter, written by David, invites a mysterious woman to celebrate their “seven-year anniversary” at a fancy restaurant. Nancy is shocked—she and David have been married for 18 years, and their anniversary isn’t for another six months.
Determined to uncover the truth, Nancy tracks David to the restaurant, where she finds him with the woman, Isabelle. David’s lie is exposed: he had told Isabelle they were separated. Isabelle, clearly shocked, apologizes, but Nancy is devastated by the years of deception.
